Every transaction is important to our platform, which is why we make sure they are all completed in a transparent manner.

Every transaction will have a trace generated and logged on our platform for many purposes and in various formats, the primary being the need for proof.

Before a transaction starts for an unregistered user, a transaction document will be downloaded and saved automatically to the device. For registered users, all transactions will be immediately associated with their user accounts.

If a consumer is not satisfied with our services because of an issue that comes from our side, we guarantee a fast refund.

Content found on or through this Service are the property of Rokcel or used with permission. You may not distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, download, repost, copy, or use said Content, whether in whole or in part, for commercial purposes or for personal gain, without express advance written permission from us.

Copyright, trademark, and other domestic and international laws protect the service. Without Rokcel's prior written approval, our trademarks may not be utilised in conjunction with any good or service.

We recognise other people's rights to their intellectual property. It is our policy to address any allegation that any individual or organization's copyright or other intellectual property rights have been violated ("Infringement") by content shared on the Service.
